Goat hair means a lot for Olukbaşı village in Bozdoğan district of Aydın province. Hair obtained from goats has been processed and sold by the people of this village for tent production for about 1000 years. Every season, the hairs collected from goats travels to the region and spread on the road leading to the village to dry. When the time comes, the hair is collected in to sacks and turned into yarn in the  facilities close to the village. Villagers produce shepherd’s tents, saddlebags and bags from these bristles with the weaving looms in their houses. The shepherd’s tent, especially made of goat bristle, has the feature of keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. “Gol posht o ru nadâreh” A flower has no front or back This is one of the hardest shots that i have taken. This is Kandovan, ancient village in East Azerbaijan province of Iran near the mountain Sahand. The ancient people excavated their homes in the volcanic Kandovan rock formed 140.000 years ago. People still uses the rock houses and continue their daily life. Even though it is a touristic village, local people was not familiar with photographers. Especially women are not allowed to be photographed without a permission. This Persian woman was walking from the foothills of the rock up to her house placed in the rock, carrying laundry box full of clothes. “HASTA LA VICTORIA SIEMPRE” Ernesto Che Guevara Like all travellers to Cuba, i was trying walk through each street of the City Havana and see the life in. With the people in front of the houses, you may experience the daily life in Cuba. You may easily see people fixing an old American car, playing domino, selling food and chatting with others. They will be very friendly and talkative with you. This is a photo from the inside of a building left from Americans after revolution. The Cubans are using the apartments as houses and the building hall for drying clothes, making music nights and chatting with neighbour. As all the other buildings in Cuba, this one has been left as it was in 1959. They are still old but who needs a new one in Cuba. It is a small cliff-top town in north-eastern Tunisia. The photos were taken from a trip in 2010 where started from capital city Tunis to Sousse. Hergla was on our way and it is located by the coast of Mediterranean sea with white houses and blue windows and doors. Not much people were in the streets but i realized this old woman coming from a hill top with a hay bale on her head and under her arms. She walked down from the rocks and used the stairs while following me with her eyes. Published through Photo Imagine Art.
